QLasers Custom Programming
Q1000NG comes with 3 pre-programmed modes while your device can be programmed with 9 therapy modes total at any given time. If you want to custom-program your Q1000NG and Flash Probes, you can do it yourself via a website – www.LaserFrequency.com.
Customization of QLaser Therapy MODES is available with the a ‘Configurator’ software, which is a program that runs on your computer. You can download different available modes onto your laser device, get the latest firmware, and even create your own modes.
You can download and run the ‘Configurator’ free of charge. However, you will not be able to log in without being a member of the Energy for Life PMA (Private Membership Association). Annual membership fee is $29.95 and will let you use the ‘Configurator’ as much as you like, as long as your membership is current. You can experiment making your own modes, or use already available public modes.
You will also need to activate each QLaser device that you would like to configure. The activation fee is a one time fee ($49.95), and will not have to be renewed for the life of the device.
Custom programming of QLasers is possible due a proprietary patent-pending advancement in QLaser technology – QCards.
QCards
QCards are a new development for the Q1000NG Low Level Laser and QLaser Flash Probes. They literally make it possible to convert the Q1000NG or Flash Probes into an unlimited array of different types of laser hardware! QCards are like the keys that unlock certain programs in the software of your Q1000NG and Flash Probes.
With each different QCard, the Q1000NG and Flash Probes function differently … and become completely unique device. QCards allow you to have different devices without actually having different devices!
QCard Osteoarthritis (OAQC)
We currently have two (2) different sets of QCards:
1. Osteoarthritis of the Hand (OAQC)
2. Veterinary (VetQC)
The OAQC provides you with ONLY the FDA approved protocols (modes) for OA. When the OAQC is inserted in the Q1000NG and 660 Flash Probe, they will operate ONLY in OA mode – nothing else.
QCard Veterinary (VetQC)
The VetQC provides you with our current standard pre-programmed modes 1, 2 and 3 (that all Q1000NG devices are delivered with) … and allows you to further customize your QLaser system with custom modes from our programming website www.LaserFrequency.com
There are currently 200+ various therapy modes available for you to choose from (CLICK HERE to see the list of available THERAPY MODES).
With this patent-pending development, there are a few things to remember.
1. The 808 Flash Probe is always shipped with the VetQC. It can’t be shipped with anything else.
2. With Q1000NG and 660 Flash Probe you have the option of having them shipped with either QCard – but you only get one QCard free with each laser.
If you want both types of QCards for the Q1000NG and 660 Flash Probe, you will need to order additional QCards for each laser. The retail price is $400 for each new Qcard.
P.S. Some comments on the “for veterinary use only” wording. The manufacturer of the QLaser has specific labeling requirements for each product in order to stay in compliance with the government’s rules. Each QCard is the label for the device. Please trust that QLaser manufacturers are doing everything in their power to make the labeling as non-intrusive as possible. Once you own your own QLaser, no one can tell you how you have to use it.
